Teen Serves as a Page If legislators were looking for a "cool, fun and awesome person" to serve as their page, Tyler Aspinwall of Snohomish would fill the ticket. That's how the 14-year old Hidden River Middle School student describes himself. Rep. Dan Kristiansen, R-Snohomish, had the good fortune of becoming Tyler's sponsor when the young man recently served as a legislative page. |

Mr. Ferguson was elected chairman by the board. They met again on April 19, and appointed H. Blackman as Chief of Police with a salary of $20 per month plus $2 per arrest. |
